Additional Services

For the past 20 years, I have specialized in healing anxiety and mood disorders, including posttraumatic stress disorder (PTSD), obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD), hoarding disorder, paruresis (shy bladder), phobias, panic, social anxiety, generalized anxiety, adjustment concerns, and depression.  I also have experience working with aviation professionals, Twin Flames, pagans, veterans, insomnia, gambling addiction, and somatization. I spent two years working with Dr. Aaron T. Beck, the father of Cognitive Therapy, at the University of Pennsylvania and have extensive training in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT).  I also have training in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT); Prolonged Exposure (PE), Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), and CBT for PTSD; Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) for OCD; Motivational Interviewing (MI); Internal Family Systems Therapy (IFS); Client-Centered Therapy; Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT); Narrative Therapy; Psychodynamic Therapy; Jungian Analysis; dream interpretation; inner child healing; the Law of Attraction and manifesting, minfulness and meditation, quantum physics; energy clearing; extrasensory perception; Paganism; and psychological shamanism.

I hold a Ph.D. in Psychology from the University of Missouri-St. Louis and am formally trained as a clinical psychologist. I currently practice as an anxiety specialist, rather than a psychologist, however, because my conceptualization of and applied approach to mental health “disorder” is more like that of a shaman, focusing on healing soul injury, rather than treating the surface-level symptoms of “pathology," as prescribed by the Western Medical Model.

I am located in the Minneapolis, Minnesota are and provide healing services and consultations via telehealth across the United States.
